WARRANTY POLICY
Our one of the very important code is “Full Costumer Satisfaction”. In order to fulfil this, we believe we have to stand up to our products and service. Not only that, we strongly believe and trust in our goods as well; they are high quality and durable products. Due to all reasons; we are proud to announce 2 Years of Product and Service Warranty to our costumers. You may find the terms and conditions of our Warranty Policy. - PARTIES
We are Decore360 Limited Located at S&F, Myworkspot, Clyde House, Reform Road, Maidenhead, Berkshire, United Kingdom, SL6 8BY and registered to Company House with no of 13280582. You may contact us by email at info@decore360.com or by telephone on 07551 360 489. This agreement is between buyer will be mentioned as “Client” or “Costumer” and supplier, Decore360, will be mentioned as “Company” throughout the document.
- WARRANTY CONDITIONS
- The contract and the conditions of warranty are valid for all the items of the contract
- All the products have got 24 months or 2 years of warranty starting from the day of installation.
- Statements or undertakings whether oral or in writing for warranty conditions other than the conditions stated in this document are not valid
- The Customer agrees to purchase and have the goods installed and the Company agrees to supply and install the units and materials as specified in the form or order.
- The Customer hereby acknowledges that the items specified in the order have been checked by him/her and hereby acknowledges that the order is correct.
- No additional work shall be done for the goods supplied by the Company other than specified in the order unless previously stated by the Company in writing.
- No alterations can be accepted once the Customer has accepted the design and measurements.
- The Company agreed to replace or refurbish the products or parts if they are
- Malfunctioning or damaged before installation,
- Result of wrong production,
- Damaged during transportation,
- Damaged during installation,
- Wrong measurement done by our representative,
- Wrong material or design,
- Warranty will be void if the products are having been misused, tampered or damaged in any way
- Warranty will be void if the products are exposed to damage by animals or pets, insects, heat or accidental damages, water or any other kind of liquid, misuse of the fabric such as tearing or braking.
- Warranty will be void if the products are damaged by any kinds of external force or power
- Warranty will be void if the products are altered by any means
- The company will not be responsible for the measurements done by costumers; Warranty will be void if the products does not fit (larger of smaller) as result of the measurement of the client.
- The warranty does not include of removal or transfer of the products to other place(s).
- The contract will be made when you sign the order form when the Costumer orders the products.
- The warranty if valid for the orders signed and purchased. Warranty will not be transferred or extended.
- The warranty will be void if the costumer will not be able to show the agreement or proof of purchase.
- OTHER CONDITIONS
- All the products are made to measure – no ready-made products will be supplied to consumer.
- The Costumer is responsible to check and inspect the goods before installation. The company will not be responsible for any conflicts about the products after installation.
- The images or photos are shown are for demonstration and website purpose.
- The company does not guarantee about the printed colours or images provided by costumers.
- The purchase or order fee includes measurement, delivery and installation of the products at agreed delivery place.
- Time of the installation may alter depending of the number of the products or availability of the costumer.
- The Costumer agrees to use of parking lots in the premises or property
- Additional cost will occur if the costumer is not present on the installation premises on agreed installation time and day. The next agreed service visit will be held after the payment is done.
- The costumer is responsible to clear and make the installation area available before service team of the company arrives.
- The costumer agrees to use of electricity in the premises to complete the installation.
- The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage to your property that is not foreseeable, unless due to our negligence
- The Company is not responsible for the cost of repairing any pre-existing faults on property or premises or for any damage discovered whilst undertaking the installation.
- The Company is responsible to inform the costumer in advance if delay happen due to production or transportation of the goods.
- The Costumer responsible to inform the Company about the warranty issues by mail or phone before the end of the warranty time.
- The customer agrees that the company may use any photography for publicity purposes which include but are not limited to the company’s website and social media pages.

- PRICE & PAYMENT
- The price for goods / services are mentioned in the order form.
- Payments are subjected to be paid as indicated and agreed in the order form.
- A minimum deposit of 50% of the full order value is mandatory upon order.
- The remaining 50% must be paid by costumer one day before the installation date and time.
- Additional costs will occur if the costumer request change or alteration on agreed products.
- The costumer agrees that the company does not take any return or provides refund after ordering the products.
- ORDER CANCELATION
- The Costumer has right to cancel the order if the Company makes a pricing error or error with a description of the goods
- The Costumer agrees to carry on the order if delay happens due to production or transportation
- The Company has right to terminate the contract if the costumer fails to make the payment within 7 days after signing the order
English law governs the contract although you can bring proceedings in England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland if you live in those countries.
